This example is an existing client that is a leading events agency.

Mobile marketing is the most immediate touch point for any form of customer communication. No matter where the person is, the majority will always be carrying their keys, wallet and mobile phone. Our customer realises this and uses zBroadcast and zSMS for a number of key campaigns and event reminders.

zBroadcast is used for event sales and reminders. When celebrities travel from overseas to conduct conferences, they record voice messages and broadcast the message to the subscriber base. With the ability to integrate back into a payment gateway, our customer has seen a rapid rise in event sellouts and bookings.

zSMS is used for their VIP customer base. When there is a special event our customer sends out a 2WAY SMS that allows their customers to reply and purchase tickets to the event. This has been a hugely successful way of communication with their VIP customers.

The results for our customer have been exceptional. Events are selling faster than ever, their customer base has increased and the demand from international guests has increased.
